Outside the Office: A Glimpse Into Randy's Life
When he's not helping clients build their businesses, Randy is committed to constant and ongoing self-improvement. A fitness enthusiast, he hits the gym to lift weights 4-5 times a week, enjoys hiking the trails of Torrey Pines, and takes long walks along Carlsbad Beach. To unwind, he relaxes in his infrared sauna and practices meditation twice daily, a ritual he credits with reducing stress and boosting clarity. For over a decade, he's relied on blue light-blocking glasses to improve sleep and support his evening wind-down routine.
Randy is also an avid world traveler, creating cherished memories with his two sons, Cory (33) and Jake (23), during their annual "Just the Boys" trips to exotic destinations. He spends quality time with his wife, whether they’re working out together, exploring new hiking trails, discovering unique restaurants, traveling, or enjoying romantic comedies at the movie theater.
An avid learner, Randy is always reading books and listening to audiobooks on his favorite topics, including nutrition, longevity, advertising, marketing, and personal development. Known for his great sense of humor, Randy doesn’t take himself too seriously.
