Say goodbye to dentures with Scotty L. Bolding, DDS

A native of Arkansas, Scotty L. Bolding, DDS, MS, began his educational training at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He then attended Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX, where he earned his DDS degree in 1989, his postdoctoral masters in craniofacial biology at Baylor University in Waco in 1992, and his oral-maxillofacial certification in 1993. A diplomate of the Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Dr. Bolding, his wife, Dr. Taruna Bolding, and his four children live in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

With specialty training in advanced facial reconstruction, Dr. Bolding has become a national leader in the area of orthognathic surgery (jaw reconstruction) and temporomandibular joint surgery (TMJ or Jaw Joint). In the area of TMJ, Dr. Bolding has successfully provided improvement for thousands of patients by utilizing a team approach that incorporates both surgical and non-surgical management of the TMJ condition. Dr. Bolding has also been a leader in the development of new orthdontically facillitated surgical techniques that help improve the teeth, jaw alignment and overall smile, and decrease the treatment time for braces.  These techniques are providing significant advancements in orthodontic results for patients around the country.

Additionally, Dr. Bolding is active in providing extensive training in the latest technologies and benefits of dental implants, he has had significant impact in the oral surgery/dental arena and devoted significant time to developing continuing education for doctors in craniofacial and dental implant technology.Dr. Bolding has a passion for providing the highest quality care for his patients. Through this passion he co-founded a patient electronic healthcare record model that  facilitates centralized health information for better coordinated care of one’s medical and dental records.Dr. Bolding enjoys spending time with his family, flying, traveling, boating and golfing.
