Dr. William Walden loves people, dentistry and learning. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville School Of Dentistry.He's a native of Paducah and has practiced dentistry in Paducah since 1983, combining his experience with hundreds of hours of continuing education to stay in the forefront of contemporary dentistry.Dr. Walden and his staff attend continuing education courses throughout the year, learning all of the new techniques to provide you the finest, most modern care.Through his advanced training in sedation dentistry, he's been awarded a Fellowship in the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.Dr. Walden has a special interest in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry and has trained with some of the world's most prominent cosmetic dental specialists. He feels that cosmetic dentistry is exciting to do, the results are dramatic, and his patients walk away feeling good about themselves.He recognizes that a visit to the dentist makes many people uneasy and that some patients have special anesthesia needs. That's why he offers oral sedation. Oral sedation allows one to be fully relaxed throughout their dental appointment. And best of all, most people don't remember any of their treatment. They leave the office rested and comfortable.Dr. Walden is past president of the Paducah Rotary Club and he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the McCracken County Red Cross. He was in the Charter Class of the Leadership Paducah Program and is a member of the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce.He's married to the former Joanie Colson of Lone Oak and they have two children, Alexa and William II. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, boating and reading.
